Overview
The MDP200 series measures ultra-low differential gas pressures up to +/-500 Pa (+/-2 inH2O) using Aceinna's thermal micro-flow sensing, with the sensing element integrated with CMOS signal processing. The output is linearized and temperature compensated, and the sensor resolves pressure differences as low as 0.02 Pa near zero. It is offered with barb fittings or manifold mount and straight or right angle pins, with custom ranges available.

Thermal micro-flow principle
