Overview
PicoNet is a Nutaq small cell for enterprise and industrial private LTE and 5G networks that combines the radio access and the core in one unit. It covers a set of LTE and 5G NR TDD and FDD bands with up to 50 MHz of bandwidth, 2x2 MIMO and up to 2 x 10 W transmit power, and Nutaq positions it for harsh outdoor sites as well as indoor ones. It runs Ubuntu, so lightweight private network applications can be deployed directly on the unit.
