Overview
Sargon is a getting-started kit built around a Stratix 10 GX 2800 KLE FPGA on a full-height, dual-slot PCIe board. It adds an FMC+ connector, two Samtec FireFly connectors and GPIO and transceiver extension headers, so the board can host daughter cards and test designs. Reflex CES lists high-performance computing and IP and ASIC prototyping as its target markets.

Key features
FMC+ expansion
A VITA 57.4 FMC+ connector carries up to 20 transceivers at 28 Gb/s.
FireFly optics
Two Samtec FireFly quad connectors at 28 Gb/s, one wired to 100G hard IP.
Extension headers
GPIO and transceiver extension connectors add LVDS, transceivers and clock in and out.
Expandable memory
8 GB of soldered DDR4 plus two RDIMM slots for 16 GB modules, sold separately.
Board management
A BMC handles monitoring, NOR flash and clock programming.
Complete kit
Ships with power adapter, documentation, mechanical files and Quartus test designs.
