Overview
The Nodegrid Net Services Router (NSR) is a 1U modular chassis with five slots for expansion cards. ZPE offers cards for RS-232 and USB serial console access, Gigabit Ethernet, 1G SFP, 10G SFP+, PoE+, M.2 cellular and Wi-Fi, x86 compute, SSD storage and NVIDIA Jetson AI inference. Cards can be mixed to suit each site, but not every card fits every slot, so ZPE publishes a slot compatibility chart.

Serial and USB console cards
16-port RS-232 cards with Cisco rolled or switchable pinouts, plus 16-port USB and OCP USB cards.
Network cards
16-port GbE copper, 16-port 1G SFP, 8-port 10G SFP+ and 8-port PoE+ cards with Layer 2 switching.
M.2 cellular and Wi-Fi
Cards with 5G or 4G LTE modems with dual SIM, optional Wi-Fi 5 and optional SSD.
Compute cards
Independent Intel x86 servers with their own memory, storage and two 10G backplane links.
NVIDIA Jetson AI card
Adds Jetson Orin Nano or Orin NX modules for up to 100 TOPS of inference, managed over out-of-band.
