Overview
The EDS5000 Series is Lantronix's next-generation rack-mount serial device server, with 8, 16 or 32 RJ45 serial ports and a combination Gigabit copper or SFP Ethernet port. Four ports on every model are software selectable for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485, the rest are RS-232, and data rates reach 921.6 kbps. Redundant power inputs accept AC, DC or both, and the unit operates from -10 to +60 °C. It is managed by web, CLI, SNMP, Lantronix Provisioning Manager or Percepxion.
