Achilles Arria 10 SoC SoM

Overview

Achilles is an 83 x 95 mm system-on-module based on the Intel Arria 10 SX SoC FPGA, with a dual-core Arm Cortex-A9 and 270 KLE or 660 KLE of logic. It has separate DDR4 banks for the FPGA and the HPS, dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB and up to 24 transceivers routed to FMC-type connectors, so it can sit on a carrier board and, on the Indus version, host FMC mezzanines on top at the same time. It comes in Lite 12G, Indus and Indus 12G versions for bioscience, measurement, machine automation, radar, vision, video and medical equipment.
