Overview
Zeus is a 107 x 85 mm system-on-module based on the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ ZU11EG or ZU19EG MPSoC, combining a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53, dual-core Cortex-R5 and Mali-400 GPU with UltraScale+ programmable logic. It carries three DDR4 banks totalling 16 GB, 16 GTY transceivers at 25.78 Gbps on the top side and 32 GTH transceivers at 12.5 Gbps underneath. The module is rugged for shock and vibration and pairs with a dual FMC+ carrier board for evaluation, for software defined radio, radar, electronic warfare, AI and high-precision measurement.

Arm plus FPGA MPSoC
Quad-core Cortex-A53 at 1.2 GHz, dual-core Cortex-R5 at 500 MHz and a Mali-400 MP2 GPU alongside UltraScale+ logic.
Large memory
Two 4 GB DDR4 banks on the PL and one 8 GB DDR4 bank with ECC on the PS, all at 2400 MT/s.
High-speed serial links
16 GTY transceivers at 25.78 Gbps on the top connectors, with cable adapters to QSFP28, QSFP+ and SFP+, plus 32 GTH at 12.5 Gbps.
PCIe connectivity
PCIe Gen3 x16 endpoint on the GTH connector and PCIe Gen2 x4 root complex on the processor connector.
Board management controller
Monitors current, voltage and temperature, and controls power, clocks, QSPI programming and fans.
Rugged design
Tested to EN60068 vibration and shock, industrial temperature grade, with conformal coating on request.
