Overview
The XpressVUP-LP9PT3 is a low-profile PCIe network processing board based on the AMD Virtex UltraScale+ VU9P FPGA in the -3 speed grade. It pairs two DDR4 and two QDR2+ memory banks with two QSFP28 cages for 10, 40 and 100 GbE. Reflex CES designed it for high-frequency trading and other ultra-low latency workloads, and ships it with a dual-slot active heatsink.

Key features
-3 speed grade FPGA
Uses the XCVU9P-3 device, the higher speed grade of the VU9P boards in the range.
Dual memory types
Two DDR4 banks (8 GB total) and two QDR2+ banks (576 Mbit total) are on board.
Dual QSFP28
Two QSFP28 cages support 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE.
PTP timing
A 0.05 ppm oscillator and PPS coax input support IEEE 1588 synchronisation.
Fast configuration
Dual quad SPI flash with a fail-safe sector and tandem configuration mode.
Reference designs
Ships with Vivado 2023.1 HDL designs and a PCIe reference design using AMD QDMA IP.
