Overview

The GW16145 plugs into the 50-pin MIPI Media header on Gateworks Venice GW7200, GW7300 and GW7400 single board computers. It brings all of the header's signals to a 50-pin Hirose connector so that a cable can be run to a display, camera or other board. The header carries 4-lane MIPI CSI, 4-lane MIPI DSI, I2S audio, I2C and GPIO. Gateworks asks buyers to read its Venice MIPI wiki page before ordering.

Full signal breakout

Brings every signal of the 50-pin MIPI Media header to one 50-pin cable connector.

Standard connectors

Uses a Hirose DF20F-50DP-1V(56) header that mates with Hirose DF20A-50DS-1C cable housings.

Display and camera signals

Carries 4-lane MIPI DSI for displays and 4-lane MIPI CSI for cameras or video input.

Also carries bi-directional I2S audio, I2C and four GPIO lines.

CAN access

On boards with the GW7020 i.MX8M Plus SOM these pins carry 3.3 V TTL CAN signals.
